Penfolds BGS Collection Release

An exclusive evening for 100 guests celebrating the Penfolds Black Grape Society VIP Collections Release 2025. Guests enjoyed a bespoke plated Yugen menu, thoughtfully designed by Executive Chef Luke Headon to complement a selection of Penfolds’ most celebrated wines.

Featured pairings included NV Penfolds Champagne Cuvée Brut, Bin 311 Chardonnay 2024 and the iconic 2021 Grange Shiraz, creating a refined and immersive dining experience that showcased the depth and craftsmanship of the collection.
