LK Hospitality Pty Ltd (ACN 630 451 419) as trustee for the LK Hospitality Discretionary Trust (ABN 38 992 903 904) (which operates Omnia, Yugen, Portside Market and LK Events – The Grand Room) is collecting your personal information, and personal information about your guests, to scope, quote, plan and run your function or event, to take payment and deposits, and to comply with our legal obligations (including responsible service of alcohol and food safety). Where you provide information about guests, please ensure you have their authority to give us that information and that you have made them aware of how we will use it.
Information collected through this form is held centrally by LK Hospitality and may be used and disclosed across all of our Venues. We may disclose it to our service providers (including event management, payment, catering and IT providers), some of which are located overseas. We may also use your information to send you marketing about LK Hospitality and our Venues, where you have agreed.

We provide everything you need to create the vision you see for your event. Included in the minimum spend is the team, crockery, cutlery, glassware and food and beverage.

Yes, the space is fully furnished, but you are also able to bump in your own bespoke furniture if required.

Our furniture is completely modular and can be removed to accomodate any of your function needs. Even the bar is on wheels.

Absolutely! Our team love being challenged to create an offering that suits our clients needs. We also offer a range of bespoke food stations to really make your event memorable.

Yes, we only offer filter coffee and tea.

Yes. The venue is equipped with the latest and best in class audio-visual technology.

We are licenced till 1am. Events don’t have a maximum duration, but additional labour costs will apply for certain duration.

The venue is sound-proofed and we do allow external speakers however, the venue has a maximum sound restriction of 86 decibels within 3 meters of the speakers.

Our LKH Events team are professionals within the industry and have a large network of contacts that they can recommend for everything you need to create the perfect event.

If you want to go across two sittings that is an option, but you will pay for labour.

There are two tram lines right out the front on Chapel St and Toorak Road, plus a train line connecting you to all major stations within a 5 min walk. There is also off street parking further down and a paid car park right across the road.
