Punt Road Collective launched in style this March with an exclusive cocktail event at Yugen Dining, welcoming 125 guests to celebrate Richmond FC’s new business networking program. The evening featured an indulgent oyster and champagne station alongside a vibrant selection of Yugen’s signature roaming canapés and substantials, from wagyu beef tataki and crispy duck pancakes to slow-cooked beef cheek bao and XO fried rice.

To complement the experience, Yugen’s beverage team crafted a bespoke cocktail, the Sunflower Spritz, inspired by the Collective’s signature yellow-gold branding—bringing a bright, celebratory finish to a sophisticated and memorable launch.
