A truly unforgettable evening at Yugen Dining — it’s not every day we bring a car underground.

We had the honour of hosting the Australian launch of the Porsche 911 Carrera Coupe reimagined by Singer, transforming our subterranean dining space into a showcase of innovation, craftsmanship and design.

60 guests began on the mezzanine with canapés, an oyster station and bespoke Singer branded cocktail before moving into the dining room for a seated Yugen menu. The evening culminated in a showstopping product reveal from behind the golden curtain — a dramatic and unforgettable moment.
